Sekhar Kar
Sekhar Kar is an artist who studied at Rabindra Bharati University. He has showcased his work in ten solo exhibitions and over a hundred group exhibitions in respected galleries like Jehangir Art Gallery and Crimson Art Gallery. His paintings show people in colourful yet sad and mysterious settings, where the empty eyes leave room for varied interpretations of emotions. Kar has received multiple awards from prestigious art academies and institutions.
